To facilitate the use of laboratory equipment, our new service – a Public Mouse Hotel – will open next Wednesday (July 1st) as scheduled in room C2, 9th floor! The latest information and SOPs are as below:

【Important Notes】
1. Before Use: Users must register for an additional public mouse hotel training course and submit a "Responsibility Statement" before using it. Each Lab must ensure that the its environment is cleaned clearly at least every week, with no food, water or garbage left behind. Veterinarian from AScore may visit each lab at any time to conduct on-site inspection (part of PAM).
2. During Use: The public mouse hotel has a limited using period of one month. Breeding is prohibited. Mouse cannot be left overnight after being taken out and must be returned on the same day.
3. Transportation Method: User must change to the "AScore Transport Cage" within the BSC (inside Area C) before bringing the mouse back to the lab. Carton box use is prohibited. Upon return, user must first change back to the "Original AScore Cage" within the BSC (inside Area C) before placing the mouse on the IVC rack.
4. If any subsequent infectious disease incident result from violations of these regulations, the laboratory and the individual one will bear full responsibility for prosecution, points will be deducted from IACUC, and the user's right about using public mouse hotel will be suspended.
