STEP 1: User who is the donor (Teacher A), should apply for a "Transfer application." Fill out the "Transfer application" as usual for both A teacher in and out. However, in the "Note" column, indicate the recipient, ex: To Teacher B in Area B. Then place the transfer card on the cage.

STEP 2: [Note! Important!] User who is the recipient (Teacher B), should also apply for an "Animal introduction application. And in the "Source" column, specify from which teacher and which room, ex: Teacher A in Area A.
