二、流程：

步驟 1 - 使用者「必須」完成線上系統講習+動物房現場實習後，才可申請。

步驟 2 - 完成後，請使用者填妥附件(須老師簽名)親自遞交設施。

步驟 3 - 設施這邊會上簽生醫所總務室進行內部流程。

步驟 4 - 等到簽核通過(約1週時間)，屆時請攜帶您的「院方識別證」，至生醫所B1F總務室進行現場門禁開通。

步驟 5 - 請使用者1週後自行找尋或致電詢問B1F總務室李振家先生開通進度 (02-2652-3574)。

步驟 6 - 開通後，即可自由進出生醫所1F。

二、Process:

Step 1 - User [MUST] complete the online lecture and training course first then can apply for it.

Step 2 - User then fills in the attachment (P.I.'s signature is required) and submits it to the AScore in person.

Step 3 - AScore will proceed the internal procedures to the General Affairs, IBMS.

Step 4 - If approved (about 1 week), Please bring your "AS Identification Card" and go to the room of General Affairs Office, B1F.

Step 5 - Please find Mr. Li Zhenjia at the General Affairs Office, B1F one week later to inquire about the activation progress (02-2652-3574).

Step 6 - After the activation, you can freely enter and exit the 1F, IBMS.
