一、依據總統府第三局115年7月31日華總三管字第11520047600號函，函轉行政院「2026城鎮韌性（防空）演習實施計畫」修訂對照表辦理。

二、旨揭「2026城鎮韌性（防空）」演習北部地區配合國家通訊傳播委員會「行動通訊網路受阻演練」防空演習時間調115年8月13日（星期四）14時30分起至15時止，請轉達所屬同仁知照。

三、本次演習院區外實施人員疏散避難與交通管制，院區內無實施疏散與交通管制，惟須關閉門窗；並提醒同仁配合於演習時間不要進出本院大門。

四、各單位演習前應加強維護防空避難設備，維持乾淨堪用狀態以提供使用。

五、由於此為第1次辦理，推測該時段公用動物設施的網路速度應該也會受到連帶降速影響，由於不確定到時實際狀況，建議該時段在公動內「盡量避免 」使用網路產品或是需要連線的裝置，避免資料喪失。

I. According to the letter No. 11520047600 from the Third Bureau of the Presidential Office dated July 31, 2026, the revised comparison table of the Executive Yuan’s “2026 Urban Air Defense Exercise Implementation Plan” was forwarded for processing.

II. The "2026 Urban Air Defense" exercise in the northern region, in conjunction with the National Communications Commission's "Mobile Communication Network Disruption Drill," will be held on August 13, 2026 (Thursday) from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM. Please inform your colleagues.

III. During this exercise, personnel evacuation and traffic control will be implemented outside the compound premises. There will be no evacuation or traffic control within the compound premises, but doors and windows must be closed. Colleagues are reminded not to enter or leave the compound during the exercise period.

IV. Before the exercise, all units should be careful of the maintenance of air defense and evacuation equipment, ensuring it is clean and usable.

V. Since this is the first time this has been performed, it is speculated that the network speed of the AScore will also be affected by the speed reduction during this period. As the actual situation is uncertain, it is recommended to "avoid" using network products or devices that require a connection during this period in AScore to avoid data loss.
