由於最近陸續有使用者詢問，特此正式公告周知。依據IACUC及生醫所安全室規定，本設施為P1等級(ABSL-1)動物房，使用者可以施打操作AAV(Adeno-Associated Virus, 腺病毒)等RG1(Risk Group 1)載體；

但Lentivirus(慢病毒)等載體，由於屬於RG2(Risk Group 2)載體，僅能施打操作於P2等級(ABSL-2)動物房，因此嚴格禁止於公用動物設施施打操作了，避免基因傳播風險。

Dear User,

Due to recent needs from users, we are issuing this formal notice. In accordance with IACUC rule and safety regulation by IBMS, AScore is a P1-level (ABSL-1) animal facility. Users can inject and operate AAV (Adeno-Associated Virus) and other RG1 (Risk Group 1) vectors.

However, Lentivirus and other vectors, being RG2 (Risk Group 2) vectors, can only be injected and operated in P2-level (ABSL-2) animal facility. Therefore, Injection and Operation in AScore is strictly prohibited to avoid the risk of gene transmission.
