親愛的使用者  您好:

由於設施員工吳曉林小姐將於今日(2026/1/5)離職，有關新進人員IVIS教育訓練銜接，將會改安排每月由IVIS臺灣原廠代理商的工程師進行教育訓練，目前頻率為「每月舉辦1次」。除使用C區之新進使用者外，若有IVIS相關操作問題之舊使用者，也可來一同學習跟請益。(但僅限公動使用者)。2026年1月份舉辦時間為：2026/1/30(五)上午9-12時，9樓C區(N906)。

為避免使用者頻繁接收EMAIL造成困擾，每月IVIS教育訓練日期決定後，將固定公佈於「官方網站」內，往後不再寄信，再請使用者自行定期留意。

Dear Users,

Due to the departure of Ms. Wu (Kiya), IVIS training for new user will be conducted monthly by engineer from the IVIS official distributor, Taiwan. Frequency is "once in a month". In addition to new users' training course in Area C, existing users with IVIS-related operational questions are also welcome to attend and learn. (But for AScore users only). The training course in January will be held on January 30th, 2026 (Friday) from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM in Area C (N906), 9th Floor.

To avoid frequent email disturbance, the monthly dates will be regularly announced on the official website. Thank you for your support.
