親愛的使用者  您好:

 

有關公用動物設施10樓前後男女廁所內淋浴間，由於發現未知的生醫所內人員(非user)偷偷使用、出入時致使員工恐慌。提醒您，原則上公動廁所內淋浴間僅供本設施員工、或是user若有緊急需求時使用 (例如: 跨動物房 / 因大雨淋濕身體怕感冒...)。基於保護設施員工及user人身安全、並避免無人照看使用時滑倒受傷，「禁止」其餘任何人員隨意使用廁所內淋浴間。

 

若有排外特殊狀況，請親自報請管理師(或計畫主持人)知情並同意。違反者將調閱監視器告發、並不負受傷之連帶責任，還請留意。

Dear User,

 

About the shower space in the front and back of men's and women's restrooms on the 10th floor of AScore, our staff were scared by the unknown personnel (not users) using and entering the shower space. Please note that the shower space in the restrooms of AScore are only for users in case of emergency (e.g., crossing the animal room / being afraid of the cold from getting wet in heavy rain). To protect the safety of our staff and users and to prevent slipping and the injuries when unattended, the use of the shower space by any other personnel are strictly prohibited.

 

If there is any special circumstance, please inform AScore manager (or our Project Leader) in person and get their consent. Violator will be caught by the monitor, and be free from responsibility by AScore for any injurie. Please take note of that.
