IACUC於今年(2025)下半年度內部查核時，發現設施在犧牲區的使用者，於鋼瓶使用完畢後把手忘記卸除，容易造成墜落砸傷等安全風險(如附圖一)，因此設施除了在犧牲區張貼告示外(附圖二)，將先口頭宣導一個月後，自12/1(一)起正式納入寄發違規。由於公動使用者眾多，還請大家多多留意及配合。

Dear Users,

During an internal audit in the last half year of 2025, IACUC has discovered that users in sacrifice area, AScore, forgot to remove the handle from CO2 cylinder after use, which could easily cause them to fall and injure people (as shown in Pic 1). Therefore, in addition to posting notice in the sacrifice area (as shown in Pic 2), AScore will first verbally inform users for one month, and then officially include this violation starting from December 1st (Monday). Due to the large number of users, we kindly ask for your attention and cooperation.
