A Notice about how to apply for transfer between areas (ex: A→B, B→C) of AScore:

1. Remember to apply for the "transfer application" online 3 days in advance. If the cage space for rental in the area you want to go to is insufficient, please remember to apply for "cage adding" of rental cage at the same time.

2. Put the "transfer card" on site 3 days in advance. Purpose: to ensure that the cage location transferred by our staff are correct.

3. On the same day, the cage can only be transferred by our caretakers or the person assigned by the veterinarian. User is not allowed to move the cage to "other areas" "by themselves" to avoid cross contamination.

4. Since the caretakers are changing the beddings of AScore from Monday to Wednesday in the morning, the transfer will be carried out in the afternoon on Monday to Wednesday in principle, and in the morning on Thursday and Friday in principle.

5. Based on the animal welfare, it is recommended that not to operate the mouse "on the day" of the transfer. The mouse have just moved to the new environment and their physical values ​​have not yet been adapted. In this way, the data will be inaccurate. It is suggested thus to wait for 3-7 days or more before doing the experiment. (Therefore: please do the transfer application earlier, so that you will not find youself in a hurry when you want to start your experiment)

6. If there is any exception or emergency about the transfer application, please fill in the "Note" column of the online application for the veterinarian to review it.
