1. About BSC be idle after reservation
Some user made a BSC reservation very early in advance, but was too busy to came in/or used it, causing the BSC reservation to be idle for a long time.
Please note that: (1) it is recommended that not to reserve a BSC after a long time. (2) if you have not arrived to use it or informed us more than 15 minutes after the schedule, we will give priority to users who need the BSC on site.

2. Problems with 3 batches (litters) of pups in the cage
Based on the inspection by the Ministry of Agriculture on 9/23 (Monday) and the IACUC on animal welfare, our breeding cage could not allow the birth of a third batch (litter) of pups at the same time. In addition, veterinarian found that the average mortality rate of the third batch (litter) of pups was high.

therefore:
(1) If our staff finds that the third batch (litter) of pups has been born, he/she will start notifying the user. If there are still 3 batches (litters) of pups after a week, a "Violation" will be issued;
(2) If the veterinarian discovers the birth of a third batch (litter) of pups, he/she will start notifying the user, or issue a "Violation" based on our staff's notice after a one-week period.
