滅菌器上方有中文步驟說明(英文版將會後續製作)，
(一) 「務必先確保」手術器械都用水沖乾淨、沒有血漬附著在上面。
(二) 打開開關至ON。
(三) 等待加熱，燈號由紅轉綠後，才可放入器械；
(四)「務必先冷卻一下(可泡在乾淨RO水裡)」
(五) 使用完畢後，請關閉開關至OFF。

Good news!
To reduce the risk of cross-contamination of surgical tools and to improve the refinement of animal welfare 3Rs (Refinement), we have provided "Surgical High-Temperature Sterilizers" for free use in Area B (*3 units) and Area C (*2 units).
Reminders:
The sterilizer has Chinese instruction (an English version will be produced later). Please follow the instruction carefully. There are only five key steps:
(I) Ensure all the surgical tools are thoroughly rinsed with water and free of blood.
(II) Turn the switch ON.
(III) Wait for the heating to complete. Tools can only be placed in the sterilizer after the indicator light changes from red to green. Since the temperature can reach 230 degrees Celsius, tools should be removed after 10-30 seconds. It is recommended to sterilize it between two batches of experiment.
(IV) Ensure the tools are cooled down (by soaking them in clean RO water) before handling mice to avoid burns.
(V) After use, please turn the switch OFF.
