一、只有實驗室可以空間開蓋，C1房/C2房嚴格禁止空間開蓋；但推車可以隨意推至C區內各動物房/實驗室，不須換車。
二、每人都必須刷卡後才能進入，若經發現未刷卡進入將通報計畫主持人。
三、通常情況下：使用者必須先申請實驗動物入室A/B區(如果是要注射腫瘤：進入B1房) → 後續使用者才可再申請轉移至C區使用。(理由：周轉率/C區飼育員不足)
四、例外條件(必須事先備註在入室申請單上)：當天或當一週內(7天內)就要照射IVIS (包含直接犧牲不過夜代養實驗動物)，才申請「直接」入室C區，以上仍需申請入室單。
五、以上之活體實驗動物「不可」經由使用者入室，須由C區飼育人員或獸醫師指定人員(例如：IVIS操作人員)彼此相互聯繫搭配、查看相關核可之入室單並接引入室。
六、屍體、組織、細胞，可不須申請入室單，且可由使用者自行攜帶入C區。
1. Allowed to open cage ONLY in lab. Rooms C1 and C2 is strictly prohibited to open cage. However, carts could be moved freely to any animal room or lab within Area C.
2. Everyone must use their ID card before entering. If not do so and being found, P.I. will be notified by AScore.
3. Under normal circumstances: Lab animal intoduction must be applied first into Areas A/B (for tumor injection: into Room B1) → Then user could apply for a transfer application to Area C.
4. Exceptions (Must be noted in advance on the application): IVIS shot within 1 day or 1 week (including direct sacrifice without AScore raising it overnight) are eligible for "direct" animal introduction into Area C, but application is still required.
5. The above live lab animals "cannot" be brought into Area C by users. Must by the Area C caretaker or the vet's designated personnel (for example: IVIS operator).
6. Sarcass, tissues, and cells do not require an application, and can be brought into Area C by the user's own.
