二、流程：

步驟 1 - 【前提】使用者「必須」完成線上系統講習+動物房現場實習。

步驟 2 - 完成後，使用者填妥附件(須要老師簽名)，親自遞交設施。

步驟 3 - 設施這邊會上簽生醫所內部流程。

步驟 4 - 若簽核通過(約1週時間)，吳曉林小姐會與您預約時間，屆時請攜帶您的「識別證」，一起至生醫所樓下總務室進行現場開通。

步驟 5 - 成功開通，可自由進出生醫所1F。

二、Process:

Step 1 - Users [MUST] complete the online lecture and training course first.

Step 2 - User then fills in the attachment (P.I.'s signature is required) and submits it to the AS Core in person.

Step 3 - AS Core will proceed the internal procedures of IBMS.

Step 4 - If approved (about 1 week), Ms. Wu, Hsiao-Lin will make an appointment with you. Please bring your "Identification Card" and go to the room of general affairs on the ground floor of the IBMS.

Step 5 - After the activation, you can freely enter and exit the 1F of IBMS.
