Mice Quarantine process

  1. Provide the health report from original animal facility.  Animals can be quarantine when there is no positive result on most recent report.
  2. According to the sources of animals, please provide animal from original cage or sentinel mice for quarantine procedures (quarantine will take 1 ~ 2 months).
  3. The health monitoring is done by NLAC.
  4. The SPF list


  5. Sampling from 5% of each strain or each population
  6. The Quarantine Fee is charged by the actual price.  
  7. The report will send to the user by AS Core veterinarian who will determine whether the animals can get in or not to AS core animal facility. If not pass, users will take the animals back or sent to rederivation by NLAC.
