新世代小動物三維光學掃描成像系統教育訓練(IVIS training course)

各位使用者好，

欲使用新世代小動物三維光學掃描成像系統，必需完成B+C區動物房現場實習、及儀器(即此表單)教育訓練。

一、操作區域：公用動物設施C區(影像操作區)（位於生醫所後棟9樓）。

二、使用資格：需完成新世代小動物三維光學掃描成像系統之教育訓練，完成教育訓練後，才可解鎖C區動物房門禁。

三、預約使用：需於中研院儀器預約使用系統上預約。（未預約而使用者，經查證，使用費率一律以3倍計算）

四、儀器使用費計算:每次預約800元/時，不滿1小時仍以1小時計算。

五、儀器使用若有人為不當操作引起之維修，其維修費用由實驗室自行負擔。

六、請完成以下報名資訊:

If you would like to use our IVIS spectrum imaging system, it is necessary to complete our training course in area B/C first, and this equipment training course (i.e. this form).

1. Operation area: Area C (imaging operation area) in AScore (located on the 9th floor of the back building of IBMS).

2. Qualifications: Complete the equipment training course. After completing, then the access to Area C can be gained.

3. Reservation: You need to make a reservation on the instrument reservation system of Academia Sinica. (If you use it without making any reservation, it will be counted as 3 times the price when got caught.)

4. IVIS user price: 800 NTD/hour. If the time of use is less than 1 hour, it will still be counted as 1 hour.

5. If IVIS is repaired due to user’s improper operation, the related laboratory will have to pay the maintenance.
