親愛的使用者  您好：
 
參考國家實驗動物中心，在一般繁殖情況且B6小鼠背景下，子代會產生偶發性生殖缺陷或是異常行為，此不會明顯影響小鼠健康、活動狀況，但使用者需要自行留意+避免持續配種的，飼育員將不再開立異常單進行提醒囉，特此通知~如下圖所示：
 
According to Narl, this abnormality will not significantly affect the health and activity of mice, users should pay attention by themselves + avoid keep breeding as the followings:

Notice,

Seasonal 1 health monitoring report in area A/B/C of the AS core animal room in 2024 has been released.

According to the report by NARL, all sentinel mice were passed the test.

【公告】兩件通知懇請使用者協助

各位使用者  您好：

有兩件事想請使用者協助，感激不盡。
 
一、更改外部聯繫本設施方式
 
本設施吳曉林秘書於3/29~4/27休假，
為避免期間服務不周、也希望往後減輕負擔(由於吳秘書開始會幫忙代操實驗技術)，
4/1開始再煩請使用者若無緊急事件(無法進入動物房,...)，幫我們盡量以使用EMAIL寄信為主，取代電話聯繫。
公用動物設施信箱：ascore@gate.sinica.edu.tw
我們會安排人員每日固定檢查公用信箱，並轉寄給相關負責人員務必1-3日內回復(視信件內容優先處理)，還請使用者放心。
 
二、有關檢疫室內配種
 
由於去年檢疫皆是跟隨季檢一起送檢，常入室後需要等待超過3個月才可進入A/B區，
為了降低使用者等待時間，增加可以馬上使用小鼠的周轉性，
4/1開始將恢復原有AScore SOP，也有包含於線上入室講習內。
 
(1)若是使用者小鼠可提供一隻同族群的給我們送檢，
送檢時間：只需最快3週(因抗體生成需約7-14天)。
送檢年齡：請使用「優先」4-5週齡(免疫效果最佳)，最晚必須小於6月齡(免疫感受性對於多數病原已較低)。
 
(2)若是使用者檢疫小鼠無法提供，本設施將配給ICR衛兵鼠送檢，
送檢時間：5週(間接接觸對於特定病原需要較長時間，如：Norovirus)
送檢年齡：4-5週齡。
 
由於送檢時間縮短，基於動物福祉3R，避免若陽性反應產生更多無辜動物犧牲，也避免稽查缺失，
本設施同樣自4/1開始將無法再於檢疫室內配種，還請各位使用者見諒。(但進來genotyping, 做標記,...依然可以)
(PS.之前已答應之case則不在此限)

【公告】有關B區區長2024/4/1變動事宜

親愛的實驗室聯絡人及使用者  您好：

 
由於本設施內部人員職位輪調，
自2024/4/1 (一)起，B區區長將由飼育員-許展翊先生擔任，分機為151。
 
為避免使用者記憶過多分機而混亂，本設施對外聯繫窗口一律都是留下區長分機：

 9樓C區(影像操作區)  王永成  124
但是畢竟實際照顧每架ivc還是有不同飼育員(有掛飼育員卡牌在每架ivc上以供辨識)，
若使用者有各架小鼠照護問題想要詢問、或是此小鼠異常為實驗預期正常現象不需再開單，
一樣可以當場碰到飼育員時詢問，
或是撥分機請區長內部詢問後回復您、亦或是幫您轉接飼育員回復呦！

【公告】2024/3/1起線上動物房系統已更新--有關10樓B3房、9樓C區申請方式

親愛的使用者好：

 

好消息！廠商已協助於今日(2024/3/1)更新完畢本設施線上動物房管理系統，

請3/1起需要使用10樓B3房、或9樓C區的使用者(包含新增/撤籠/轉移)，可直接點選。(如附件一~三所示)

我們工作人員也會於近期將該2區塊的線上既有籠位，移回至它們應該在的位子，以便與實際籠位一致。

 

廠商甫設計好新的籠位區塊及功能，各位使用者若有發現Bug的地方，

還請不吝截圖跟我們說了，我們會跟廠商回報，幫助讓系統運作更順暢。

 

最後由於本設施不同動物房區域有不同的檢疫標準跟嚴謹度，

常有使用者不太清楚本設施動物房各區可以直接攜入或進入的動物來源，

本設施這邊做了一個簡易圖表供使用者瀏覽，幫助理解，如附件四。

Dear users:

Good news! We have updated the new version of online animal management system about area B3/C today (2024/3/1).

Users who need to apply for room B3 on 10th floor or area C on 9th floor, can started to click directly from March 1st. (including cage  addition/withdraw/transfers) (As shown in attachments 1 to 3)

Our staff will also change the existing online cage positions back to where it supposed to be, making them in consistent with the actual cage positions.

And because we have just uploaded the new systems. If you find any bug in our system, please feel free to contact us.

Since our different animal rooms have different quarantine standards, AS core has made a simple diagram for users to take a look, as shown in attachment 4.

各位使用者好，

欲使用新世代小動物三維光學掃描成像系統，必需完成B+C區動物房現場實習、及儀器(即此表單)教育訓練。

 

一、操作區域：公用動物設施C區(影像操作區)（位於生醫所後棟9樓）。

二、使用資格：需完成新世代小動物三維光學掃描成像系統之教育訓練，完成教育訓練後，才可解鎖C區動物房門禁。

三、預約使用：需於中研院儀器預約使用系統上預約。（未預約而使用者，經查證，使用費率一律以3倍計算）

四、儀器使用費計算:每次預約800元/時，不滿1小時仍以1小時計算。

五、儀器使用若有人為不當操作引起之維修，其維修費用由實驗室自行負擔。

六、請完成以下報名資訊:

 

If you would like to use our IVIS spectrum imaging system, it is necessary to complete our training course in area B/C first, and this equipment training course (i.e. this form).

1. Operation area: Area C (imaging operation area) in AScore (located on the 9th floor of the back building of IBMS).

2. Qualifications: Complete the equipment training course. After completing, then the access to Area C can be gained.

3. Reservation: You need to make a reservation on the instrument reservation system of Academia Sinica. (If you use it without making any reservation, it will be counted as 3 times the price when got caught.)

4. IVIS user price: 800 NTD/hour. If the time of use is less than 1 hour, it will still be counted as 1 hour.

5. If IVIS is repaired due to user’s improper operation, the related laboratory will have to pay the maintenance.

  倘若你是使用設施內的設備，也可在「材料與方法」提及，亦可主動告知您的各項在研究計畫補助案中，任何因公用動物設施的各項設備或服務而延伸相關的文獻發表或學術研究成果。研究成果發表為本院評估核心設施服務效益之一，對未來設施的發展很有幫助。
